Kitchen Must Haves: Muffin/Cupcake Pans
As summer moves to a close, I am thinking about moving back indoors full-time and what foods come with that. When it cools down, the oven is my savior because you can throw everything into a pan and walk away. It’s the same reason I love slow cookers/crock pots-- the easiest way to get the tastiest meals! With that said, I’ll make this one quick so we can all get back to enjoying the last few days of summer 2018.
In the same vein as the oven pan, I love cupcake tins! They are more than just for cupcakes. I am not much of a sweets person, so my tins are typically used for savory foods. One of things I do most are baked mini-omelets. I make them almost weekly during colder months, so you can understand why mine looks well worn. I have used them when making biscuits, mini quiches, popovers, all sorts of things! It is probably my most used kitchen item outside of my knives...and maybe my cast iron skillet and cookie sheets.
Anywho, get you one. Have some fun with your oven and get to creating!
